Series of N-of-1 trials to detect the effects of ultra-diluted delta SARS-CoV-2 spike protein in expression of interferons in healthy human volunteers

This paper reports a series of double-blind, placebo-controlled N-of-1 trials assessing iAttos, an ultra-diluted delta SARS-CoV-2 spike protein homeopathic preparation, for immunomodulatory effects on nine cytokines (IFNs α/β/γ, IL-1/6/8/10, TGF-β1/3) in 10 healthy volunteers using multiple crossover cycles with intensive longitudinal sampling.
