Projected electricity capacity in France 2022-2035, by source

A 2023 forecast estimated that nuclear energy and hydropower capacity in France would increase by two gigawatts by 2035. In 2035 as in 2022, nuclear energy will account for the largest installed capacity in the country, with 63 gigawatts. However, the most notable increase would be in solar power and offshore wind energy.
