Dataset on BPM Maturity, Technology Maturity and Organizational Ambidexterity

<p>The study was conducted using a survey-based opinion research method on a non-randomly selected sample of respondents (convenience sampling), employing the CAWI technique, between November 2023 and February 2024. The dataset contains empirical data including respondent demographics, organizational characteristics, and survey items enabling the identification of BPM Maturity using the MMPM/MMPM2 model, technological maturity, and the level of implementation of selected ICT technologies. Additionally, the dataset includes variables allowing for the identification of ambidexterity adoption, together with an assessment of the strategies applied in its implementation.</p>
