We report bulk RNA-seq data of A197-270 tandem plasmids of human C9 protein in HEK cell lines. HEK cell lines were transduced with vector or A197-270 tandem plasmids with or without IFN-gamma, then harvested. Total RNA was isolated using a RNeasy Mini Kit (74104, Qiagen), and sent for bulk RNA-seq with polyA selection.
