Draft hybrid assembly and annotation of the Drosophila subpalustris genome. Drosophila subpalustris isolate:Dspa_TW

Species within the Drosophila quinaria group are models for ecological genetic studies on topics that include morphological diversity, color pattern development, and feeding behavior. Here, we report the draft hybrid assembly and annotation of the Drosophila subpalustris genome to be available as additional support for future evolutionary genomic studies.
