Geochemical and sedimentary datasets for surface sediments from the Lower St. Lawrence Estuary and linked Saguenay Fjord

This datasets describe both bulk and molecular (fatty acid and <i>n</i>-alkanes) geochemical and/or sedimentary characteristics (including bulk organic carbon ¹⁴C and ¹³C compositions concentrations, bulk nitrogen concentrations and isotopes, fatty acid and <i>n</i>-alkane ¹⁴C and ¹³C and concentrations, grain size, sediment accumulation rates, and OC source mixing model results) for surface sediment samples from the Lower St. Lawrence Estuary, the world’s largest estuary, and the linked Saguenay Fjord.
