Mutation and Clinical dataset for NSCLC patients with and without malignant pleural effusion

This dataset contains anonymized summary-level data from 130 NSCLC patients, including clinical and molecular variables such as age, smoking history, histology, tumor location, PD-L1 expression, and driver mutations (ALK, ROS1, EGFR T790M). The dataset was used in the manuscript titled “Driver Mutations and Malignant Pleural Effusion in Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer” to evaluate predictors of pleural dissemination. No raw sequencing data is included.
