RV Investigator Voyage IN2015_C02 Gravity Data

This record describes gravity data collected on RV Investigator voyage IN2015_C02, Great Australian Bight Research Program: GAB deep-water pelagic and benthic ecosystem study, which departed Port Lincoln on the 30 November 2015 and returned to Fremantle on the 22 December 2015.The gravity meter instrument is a MicroG Lacoste Air-Sea II. Data are stored in .ENV and .DAT data files at CSIRO. There are 18 files totaling 270 MB of raw data in this dataset. Wharf ties were undertaken at Port Lincoln and Fremantle using a Scintrex Autograv CG-5. Wharf tie data can be found in Port Lincoln Wharf Tie 28 Nov 2015.TXT and Fremantle wharf tie 22 Dec 2015.TXT, which is stored with the raw data.No processing has been conducted on this data.Additional information regarding this dataset is contained in the GSM data acquisition and processing report.
