资源简介:
To deepen our understanding of the temporal dynamics of these metabolic changes, we conducted proteomic analyses of iWAT from both young and middle-aged mice. Our findings revealed that, compared with young mice, middle-aged mice presented a distinct pattern of differentially expressed proteins, which were associated mainly with adipose metabolism and mitochondrial function. These data suggest that age-related changes in protein expression are pivotal in the metabolic alterations observed in middle-aged mice. It is possible that GSNOR KO mice mitigate age-related metabolic decline by altering the expression patterns of these critical proteins.
