Data for: The key role of debt financing in developing renewable energy projects

The file 'Wind project - Financial projections.xlsx' comprises the financial projections of a generic wing power plant located in Spain. We consider three different types of debt in order to analyse the shifts on the IRR for shareholders that result from each debt, namely: (i) bank debt, (ii) project bonds, and (iii) mini-perm bank debt with refinancing at maturity.
