We report the transcriptome within human aortic smooth muscle cell and rat aortic smooth muscle cell. Some of the cells were treated with cholesterol. Overall design: RNA-Seq was performed on HASMC1 (obtained from ScienCell), HASMC2 (obtained from iCell) and RASMC before and after cholesterol treatment.
