This data set comprises one zip file. This contains 126 Waveform Audio File Format files (.WAV). These files contain electrophysiological measurement data. It also contains 1 Microsoft Excel Comma Separated Values files (.CSV) file. This file contains root mean square (RMS) data of the displacement of the tympanum of different moths measured with a laser vibrometer. These files were all created for the purpose of analysing the hearing sensitivity of Heliothis virescens moths with their wings in different positions.
