This folder contains all data (as .csv files) and R-scripts (as .R files) to generate figures in Van Haastregt et al. "Low denitrification, anammox, and dissimilatory nitrate reduction to ammonium rates in a low disturbance mangrove-saltmarsh system using an in situ intact chamber method". Also included are GIS layers with the habitat map including habitat fractions for the study area to do the annual upscaling of the denitrification and DNRA rates.
