we aim to reveal the changes in gene expression during the different stages of floral bud differentiation and flower development through RNA-Seq technology, mine the candidate genes involved in flower development, providing a preliminary research basis for further elucidating the molecular mechanisms of garlic flower organ development and pollen abortion.
