Untargeted metabolomics data from vinegar polyphenol extract-treated alcohol-exposed mice

This dataset contains untargeted fecal metabolomics data generated from a mouse model of alcohol exposure with vinegar polyphenol extract (VPE) intervention. The deposited data correspond to three experimental groups: control (CON), alcohol-exposed (EtOH), and high-dose VPE-treated (VPEH) mice. The original sample identifiers CON, ALC, and SAVE correspond to the manuscript groups CON, EtOH, and VPEH, respectively. Untargeted metabolomic profiling was performed using liquid chromatography–mass spectrometry (LC–MS) in both positive (ESI+) and negative (ESI−) ionization modes.
