The different localisation properties of the eigenmodes of the Laplacian and adjacency matrix of 2D random geometric graphs

This data belongs to the publication The different localisation properties of the eigenmodes of the Laplacian and adjacency matrix of 2D random geometric graphs by Luca Schaefer and Barbara Drossel (http://arxiv.org/abs/2603.29611).It comprises a Jupyter notebook to generate the figures saved in the directory "./Figures/" from the data in "./Data/Figure_XX" and the file "simulation.jl" which was used to create the data. The data is stored as HDF5 and a single file contains the number of realisations specified in the file name after "ensemble". The realisations are continuously concatenated such that an individual realisation can be accessed by indexing N consecutive entries. The different quantities like the eigenvalues or participation ratios are found as separate datasets within these files.
