Open Fundus Photograph Dataset with Pathologic Myopia Recognition and Anatomical Structure Annotation

This dataset contains 1200 color fundus images, which are a powerful resource to observe the fundus lesions, and build tools for automated diagnosis and analysis of pathologic myopia. In addition to color fundus images and labels for pathologic myopia category, our pathologic myopia (PALM) dataset also provides manual annotations of the optic disc and two lesion regions (atrophy and detachment), fovea localization, as well as data on the image acquisition procedure and device.本数据集包含1200张彩色眼底图像，是观察眼底病变、构建病理性近视自动化诊断与分析工具的宝贵研究资源。除彩色眼底图像与病理性近视分类标签外，本病理性近视（Pathologic Myopia, PALM）数据集还提供了视盘、两种病变区域（萎缩与脱离）的手动标注、黄斑中心凹定位信息，以及图像采集流程与采集设备相关数据。
