Green manure is a traditional measure to increase fertilizer and yield, which is very important to the structure and diversity of soil microbial community.To study the effect of green fertilizer combined with nitrogen fertilizer on microbial community structure in karst paddy soil, clarify the relationship between microorganisms and soil eco-environmental factors, and provide theoretical basis and data support for green fertilizer replacing nitrogen fertilizer in karst area.
