Hybrid SEA-AD source-atlas and ATHENA derivative release: AAIC microglia/immune atlas, MTG atlas, and sex-stratified ROCK1/2 reproduction bundle

Hybrid WP2-seed Zenodo release for ATHENA containing three governed payloads: (1) the full SEA-AD Microglia & Immune AAIC 2025 source atlas, (2) the governed SEA-AD MTG source atlas used as the larger WP2-facing matching reference, and (3) the ATHENA derivative reproducibility bundle with the 240,651-cell microglia/immune subset, executed notebook, and bundle metadata. The derivative bundle documents that the legacy female ROCK1/2 values 0.077/0.060 are female-minus-male mean differences on the SEA-AD log-normalized matrix, not canonical ratio-based log2 fold changes. This hybrid record supersedes the earlier derivative-only draft payload while preserving the same reserved DOI.
