Genome-wide identification of gene regulatory networks for murine cardiac conduction system (CCS) We demonstrate successful isolation of cell type-specific nuclei (Isolation of Nuclei TAgged in specific Cell Types (INTACT)) from CCS followed by magnet-assisted nuclear immunoprecipitation (MAN-IP) in conjunction with a suite of CCS compartment-specific Cre driver lines,which we refer to here as CCS-INTACT from the fibrous adult murine heart.  We generated a robust compendium of gene regulatory elements for each CCS compartment (SAN, AVN, and VCS) by ATAC-seq on nuclei purified by CCS-INTACT.
