Expression data from human mesenchymal stem cells (hMSCs) [miRNA]. Homo sapiens

Mesenchymal stem cells derived from human bone marrow have multi-directional differentiation potential.There are differences in expression of related genes in the process of osteogenesis induction. We used microarrays to detail the global programme of gene expression underlying osteogenesis and identified distinct classes of up-regulated genes or down-regulated genes during this process. Overall design: Samples from human mesenchymal stem cells on the 0,7 days of osteogenic induction were for RNA extraction and hybridization on Affymetrix microarrays.
