datasets_and_tree_files

This file contains all datasets and tree files generated and used in the publication titled: "Museum specimens provide phylogenomic data to resolve relationships of sack-bearer moths (Lepidoptera, Mimallonoidea, Mimallonidae)". The subfolders and their contents are as follows: 1) dataset1_probes: individual probe region nucleotide alignments for all 515 loci, a concatenated supermatrix of all alignments together, a partition file for the PART1 partitioning scheme with these data, a partition file for the PART2 partitioning scheme with these data, and a summary file from AMAS. 2) dataset2_probes_flanks: a concatenated supermatrix of all locus probe regions together with the flanking regions of the same loci included at the end of the supermatrix, a partition file for the PART1 partitioning scheme with these data, a partition file for the PART2 partitioning scheme with these data. 3) dataset3_AA: individual translated probe regions (AA residues) alignments for all 515 loci, a concatenated supermatrix of all alignments together, and a partition file for the PART partitioning scheme with these data. 4) tree_files: .tre files for all IQ-TREE and ASTRAL analyses used for Fig. 1, the supplemental figures, and phylogenetic discussions in the article.
