Data and scripts for reproducing figures and experiments associated with EGUSphere preprint 10.5194/egusphere-2025-5798

This repository contains the data and scripts necessary to reproduce the results and figures presented in the associated manuscript (preprint DOI: 10.5194/egusphere-2025-5798). The dataset includes LES reference simulations, SCM outputs from both prognostic and diagnostic configurations, and the parameter and metric definition files used in the tuning procedures. Reproducible workflows are provided through Bash scripts interfacing with Python routines and external tools. All instructions required to reproduce the experiments are detailed in the README file included in the archive. The workflow relies on the LMDZ model and the HighTune (htexplo) tuning framework, which must be installed separately.
