Association of cervical squamous intraepithelial lesions with differences in cervico-vaginal microbiotat

Current researches confirmed that cervico-vaginal microbiotat is associated with the development of cervical squamous intraepithelial lesions. However, the specific role of cervico-vaginal microbiotat in this process is still not fully elucidated. This study used 16SrDNA high-throughput sequencing technology to study the relationship between differences in cervico-vaginal microbiotat and the development of cervical squamous intraepithelial lesions, in order to find the specific role of cervico-vaginal microbiotat in them.
