Original data and scripts for "Secondary thalamic neuroinflammation associates with disturbed corticothalamic connectivity in a model of severe traumatic brain injury in male rats – a longitudinal study"

Open data sharing of fMRI, DTI and PET data in rats in a study of traumatic brain injury as published in Cerebral Cortex (https://doi.org/10.1093/cercor/bhaf337)

- Folder fMRI: the resting-state fMRI from 47 animals measured under a light sedation protocol in a 7T scanner at baseline, at 2 weeks, 2 months, and 6 months after a severe traumatic brain injury or a SHAM operation. Subfolder "derivatives" contains the raw data that can be analyzed by the scripts in subfolder "scripts"

- Folder DTI: DTI was acquired in the same animals at 2 months and 6 months. Subfolder "derivatives" contains the raw data with their respective .bval and .bvec files

- Folder PET: a subgroup of 34 animals with PET measurement that was acquired with [18-F]-FEPPA at 2 weeks. Subfolder "derivatives" contains their raw asipro data and their respective CT images as '.nii. In the AnimalIDs_dose.xsl file, the list of the animal IDs and the dose are listed with their respective folder names
