"Novel Genetic Variations in Acute Myeloid Leukemia in Pakistani Population"

In this study, we analyze clinicopathologic significance of genes that frequently mutated in myeloid neoplasm patients. We identified great heterogeneity of pathogenic/deleterious genetic variation in AML patients. This study highlights the usefulness of panel sequencing in cases where prognosis becomes challenging. We believe these finding will be of great interest to researchers working on cancer genetics.
