资源简介:
Postoperative pancreatic fistula (POPF) is a severe complication after pancreaticoduodenectomy (PD). This study aims to evaluate the impact of combining omental wrapping of the pancreaticojejunostomy with external pancreatic drainage on the incidence of pancreatic fistula following PD.This study included 130 patients who underwent PD between 2020 and 2023. Based on the presence or absence of omental wrapping of the pancreaticojejunostomy and external pancreatic drainage, the patients were divided into three groups: the omental wrapping with external drainage group, the external drainage-only group, and the control group. Perioperative data were compared across these three groups.
