Based on the natural gas upstream and downstream price linkage requests submitted by the Development and Reform Bureaus of Dali City, Xiangyun County, Binchuan County, Midu County, Weishan County, Nanjian County and Heqing County, this dataset was compiled after comprehensive calculation and balance by the Development and Reform Commission of Dali Prefecture. It covers detailed cost items including depreciation and amortization expenses, operation and maintenance expenses and other costs related to gas distribution, and has practical value for government pricing regulation, gas enterprise operations and people's livelihood security.
