Re-identification Challenge Dataset
收藏资源简介:
# Re-identification Challenge Dataset This dataset was generated and anonymized for the Re-identification Challenge launched under the European Project ChAImeleon. The challenge aimed to evaluate the robustness of anonymization methods applied to DICOM medical images by allowing participants to attempt re-identification of these data. The dataset is provided in compressed format (.zip) and contains DICOM files organized as they were released to the challenge participants. No additional metadata has been included beyond what was originally provided. ## UsageThis dataset is made available in accordance with the principles of transparency and reproducibility promoted by the journal. It is released under a Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International (CC BY 4.0) license, which permits reuse and redistribution provided that appropriate credit is given. ** Responsible Use Notice**: The dataset may be used for academic and research purposes, particularly in the areas of medical image anonymization, data privacy, and robustness evaluation of de-identification methods. Any attempt to use this dataset for the re-identification of individuals, or for commercial purposes, is strictly prohibited. ## CitationDataset DOI: 10.5281/zenodo.17034674 If you use this dataset, please cite the following article:Catalán Flores R, Gómez-Rico Junquero I, Jiménez Gómez P, Gomes Carvalho J, Mazzetti S, Martínez Martínez R, Segrelles Quilis JD, Lozano Lloret P, Galiana-Bordera A, Bargellini I, Regge D, França M, Martí-Bonmatí L.
