资源简介:
Transportation services are crucial for ensuring the smooth operation of educational activities in private universities, especially in remote locations in Bangladesh. Many private universities lack public transport options due to the isolated locations of their permanent campuses, necessitating university-provided transportation for students, faculty, and staff. This study presents a comprehensive survey dataset collected during the transition of a private university from its city campus to a remote permanent campus. The survey, involving 5,147 students, 73 administrative officers, and 152 faculty members, aimed to gather feedback on preferred pick-up and drop-off points and suggestions for enhancing transport services. The data analysis identifies recurring preferences and proposes optimized transportation routes and schedules. The findings offer valuable insights for similar institutions, enabling them to optimize their transport systems based on user preferences and transportation demand dynamics.
