This files correspont to mock communities composed of genomic DNA obtained from fish species from the Jequitinhonha and São Francisco rivers. The mock communities were amplified with three 12S markers - MiFish, NeoFish and Teleo. Theses samples were designed to enable the comparison of marker amplification and taxonomic classification performance.
