多快递品牌地方企业实现共享整合后,进港快递包裹在支线运输方面以及末端配送方面实现了包裹集约。在单品牌无法满载班次车辆时,该车辆会同时装在不同快递品牌的进港包裹,实现快递支线运输混合装载,统一卸车。而在末端派送方面,共享网点内部按照多品牌共同派送区域实现了混合分拣,由派件区域业务员进行多品牌包裹装车混合派送。为此,平台在网点营运方面,提供了对支线运输车辆以及业务员末端派送车辆的管理功能,并依赖于车辆安装的GPS设备,实现对支线运输车辆以及派件运输车辆进行实时监控。共享网点通过平台在线申报、线下审核后获取平台网点账户,网点对营运车辆进行信息录入,信息主要包含:车辆的基本信息(车牌号、车辆类型、车辆品牌、车辆型等号)、车辆司机的基本信息(司机姓名、准架车型、驾驶证照片等)、车辆与GPS设备(设备编号)的绑定信息。通过GPS设备信息的绑定,实时获取车辆运输过程中的状态(停止、运行、时速等)以及车辆的运行轨迹。车辆数据集主要包含两部分内容:一部分为车辆信息,平台目前共计103辆车辆信息。采集方式为共享网点获取平台账户后,对营运车辆安装GPS设备,同时在平台录入营运车辆信息、司机信息,并进行车辆与GPS设备的绑定。
After local enterprises of multiple express delivery brands achieved shared integration, parcel intensification has been realized for incoming express parcels in both branch line transportation and last-mile delivery. When a single brand cannot fully load its scheduled vehicle, the vehicle will simultaneously carry incoming parcels from different express brands, enabling mixed loading during express branch line transportation and unified unloading. For last-mile delivery, mixed sorting is conducted within shared outlets based on the joint delivery areas of multiple brands, and couriers in the delivery zones will load and deliver parcels from multiple brands in a mixed manner. To support this operation, the platform offers management functions for branch line transportation vehicles and last-mile delivery vehicles of couriers in outlet operations, and relies on GPS devices installed on these vehicles to realize real-time monitoring of both branch line transportation vehicles and delivery vehicles. Shared outlets can obtain platform outlet accounts after completing online declaration and offline audit on the platform. The outlets will enter information about their operating vehicles, which mainly includes: basic vehicle information (license plate number, vehicle type, vehicle brand, vehicle model, etc.), basic driver information (driver's name, authorized driving type, driver's license photo, etc.), and binding information between the vehicle and the GPS device (device number). Through the binding of GPS device information, the real-time status of the vehicle during transportation (stopped, running, speed, etc.) and the vehicle's travel trajectory can be obtained. The vehicle dataset mainly consists of two parts: one part is vehicle information, and the platform currently has information for 103 vehicles. The data is collected as follows: after obtaining their platform outlet accounts, shared outlets install GPS devices on operating vehicles, enter the operating vehicle and driver information on the platform, and complete the binding between each vehicle and its corresponding GPS device.
