Embryo implantation failure with defective luteinization and aberrant activated CD8+T cells in interferon-?-induced hypophysitis

We report an increase in activated CD8+T cells in the ovaries of a mouse model with chronic elevated IFN-?. We demonstrate that these mice experience hypophysitis with defective luteinization and embryo implantation failure. Overall design: We performed gene expression profiling analysis using data obtained from RNA-seq of 3mice / 3 genotypes.
