Supplementary Data and Code accompanying: "Optimization of avian perching manoeuvres"

These two zipped folders contain the Supplementary Data and Code for the paper "Optimization of avian perching manoeuvres". The zipped folder glidetransitionmodel.zip contains: (i) a folder of MATLAB workspaces containing the flight trajectories of n=4 Harris' Hawks (<i>Parabuteo unicinctus</i>) flying between perches, acquired using motion capture as described in the paper; (ii) a folder of custom MATLAB functions used to analyse these data, including the flight dynamics modelling described in the paper; (iii) custom MATLAB scripts executing these functions; (iv) a README file giving further details on the content. The zipped folder glidetransitionmodel-html.zip contains executed versions of the same MATLAB scripts, published as standalone html files with figures.
