Detection of CD294 on CD4+ T cells, basophils, eosinophils by indirect staining with 40 nm SA-AgNP and mass cytometry in lysed WB
Conclusion:
Detection successful and specific with CD294-bio + 40 nm SA-AgNP. Control without CD294-bio showed very low background. Control with CD294-163Dy achieved similar population frequencies as detection by SA-AgNP
