Different cropping methods have different effects on crops, including the soil microbial composition at the roots of the crops, the physical and chemical properties of the soil, and the commercial values of the crop fruits. In this study, the rhizospheric soils of the five sampling periods of the 6-year potato continuous cropping group and the 6-year rye-potato crop rotation group were analyzed, that is, the pre-sowing period , seedling stage, flowering, maturityand post-harvest to determine the effects of different planting methods on physicochemical characteristics and microbial community composition of potato rhizosphere soil .
