PTP4A1 alleviates angiotensin II-induced aortic aneurysmal lesions by regulating immature mural neovascularisation

RNA-seq analysis of human endothelial cells overexpressing PTP4A1 and treated with Angiotensin II revealed transcriptional programs involved in angiogenesis and vascular stabilization. Libraries were prepared using QuantSeq 3′ mRNA-Seq and sequenced on Illumina NovaSeq. Human endothelial cells (huECs) were transduced with PTP4A1 or control lentivirus, stimulated with Ang II (1 µM, 24h), and RNA was extracted. Strand-specific libraries were prepared using Lexogen QuantSeq 3′ mRNA-Seq Kit and sequenced with Illumina NovaSeq. Reads were aligned to GRCh38 using STAR and analyzed for DEGs using ExDEGA.
