Xalqaro tadqiqotlarning qiyosiy tahlili asosida Passive House turar joylarini O'zbekiston sharoitiga moslashtirishni baholash
收藏资源简介:
This article aims to comparatively analyze international studies on Passive House residential buildings and propose an approach for assessing how their design solutions could be adapted to conditions in Uzbekistan. Twenty purposively selected studies were analyzed in terms of energy performance, summer thermal comfort, climate responsive architectural design, and operational monitoring. The findings indicate that building orientation, glazing, shading, the building envelope, ventilation, and occupancy patterns should be assessed together. Measures that reduce heating demand should also be evaluated for their effects on cooling demand and the risk of summer overheating. The comparison further shows that differences in climate, building configuration, occupancy, and monitoring conditions must be considered when interpreting the energy performance reported for projects in other countries. The article proposes an assessment approach that identifies the conditions under which a solution performs effectively, determines what requires local verification, selects an adaptation measure, and specifies how its performance should be evaluated. Future research should assess the resulting design solutions through energy simulation across different climatic regions of Uzbekistan and verify their operational performance through monitoring of pilot buildings.
