本数据资源由云南迎海停车服务有限公司在建水县主城区内安装的智慧停车设备采集/生成的教据加工而成，主要包括：建水县主城区道路停车位数据、停车位实时占用状态。停车监控摄像头覆盖建水县主城区三分之二的路面，视频资源除了用于停车系统，还可以为公安的执法办案、交警车辆布控、城管综合城市治理提供视频证据，助力政府搭建静态交通大数据平台，打造智慧城市。

This dataset is processed from the data collected and generated by the smart parking equipment installed by Yunnan Yinghai Parking Service Co., Ltd. within the main urban area of Jianshui County. It mainly includes road parking space data and real-time occupancy status of parking spaces in the main urban area of Jianshui County. Parking monitoring cameras cover two-thirds of the road surface in the main urban area of Jianshui County. Apart from being applied to parking management systems, these video resources can also provide video evidence for public security law enforcement and case handling, traffic police vehicle monitoring and control, and urban management's comprehensive urban governance, helping the government build a static traffic big data platform and develop smart cities.
