对本公司生产的牛肝菌进行抽样检测,检测项目牛肝菌二氧化硫含量,二氧化硫是其食品安全的重要指标,从而为牛肝菌质量分析评价提供事实依据算法:数据采集,随机抽取每个棚的牛肝菌成品,对该成品进行二氧化硫含量进行检测。数据判定:若二氧化硫实测值不大于0.05g/kg,则该成品为合格,X=(A-B)×C×0.032×10^3/W,公式中X为样品中二氧化硫总含量,式中A为供试品消耗碘滴定液的体积,ml;B为空白消耗碘滴定液的体积,ml;C为碘滴定液浓度,0.01mol/L;W为样品的重量,g。

Sampling inspection was carried out on Boletus mushrooms produced by our company, with sulfur dioxide content as the detection item. Sulfur dioxide is an important indicator of the food safety of Boletus mushrooms, which provides factual basis for the quality analysis and evaluation of such products. Procedures: Finished Boletus products from each cultivation shed were randomly sampled, and their sulfur dioxide content was detected. Judgment Criteria: If the measured sulfur dioxide content is no more than 0.05 g/kg, the finished product is deemed qualified. The calculation formula is: X=(A-B)×C×0.032×10^3/W, where X is the total sulfur dioxide content in the sample; A is the volume (in mL) of iodine titrant consumed by the test sample; B is the volume (in mL) of iodine titrant consumed in the blank test; C is the concentration of iodine titrant (0.01 mol/L); W is the weight of the sample (in g).
