Raw image files of all quantified IHC/RNAscope experiments. Each folder is labeled based on experiment and figure. Files are named as such MouseID_GutRegion_image#. For each region, 3 500umx500um sections were used for analysis. In some cases, file names contains the probe used in that experiment. Attached excel spreadsheet contains the genotype, condition and sex of each mouse. If not specified, information for probes, antibodies and channels are contained in the attached spreadsheet.
