Effect of SCAFs 20h (bulk)

The aim is to identify the genes and pathways activated by SCAFs. SCAFs are added to proliferating cells in culture. Overall design: SCAFs were isolated from GFP labelled senescent IMR90 cells using FACS sorting. As a control, inert plastic beads were isolated using the same procedure. In four independent biological replicates 60 000 IMR90 cells were treated either by 300 000 isolated inert beads as a control (Beads) or with 300 000 isolated SCAFs (SCAFs). Treatment duration was 20 hours.
