Metagenome sequencing on coral sample from Palkbay

Palkbay site is a anthropogenic polluted site which contains different species of coral. However it remains unknown whether the microbial community is also influenced in corals known there. This study reveals the microbiome composition of bacterial communities associated with the coral species of Acropora cythera, Acropora digitifera, Favites abdita and Porites lobata. Few Environmental samples were to considered in this study.
