Second Language Acquisition (SLA) plays a significant role in modern education and language teaching methodologies. This article examines the importance of SLA theories in teaching practices, the major factors influencing language acquisition, and effective instructional strategies that improve learners’ language competence. The study applies the IMRAD structure to analyze theoretical and practical aspects of SLA. Findings indicate that communicative approaches, learner motivation, and technology-assisted instruction significantly contribute to successful language learning outcomes. The article also highlights challenges faced by learners and teachers in multilingual educational settings.
