C1Q+macrophage interacts with activated CD8+ promoting atherosclerosis development [T cell]

To investigate how DC cells treated with SPI1 inhibitor (DB2313) affected the function of primary T cells. We then performed gene expression profiling analysis using data obtained from RNA-seq of primary T cells incubated with DC cells. Overall design: Comparative gene expression profiling analysis of RNA-seq data for primary T cells incubated with DC cells treated with DB2313.
