ANALISIS TINGKAT KEPUASAN PENGGUNA TERHADAP USABILITY APLIKASI MYPERTAMINA MENGGUNAKAN PARTIAL LEAST SQUARES-STRUCTURAL EQUATION MODELING (PLS-SEM)

This study aims to analyze the level of user satisfaction with the usability of the MyPertaminaapplication using the Partial Least Squares-Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) approach. Usabilityis a crucial aspect in application development because it directly affects the user experience. This study usessix usability variables: learnability, efficiency, memorability, error, satisfaction, and usability itself. Datawas collected from 80 respondents through a Likert-based questionnaire and analyzed using SmartPLS 4software. The results of the analysis show that learnability, errors, and satisfaction have a significant effecton usability, while efficiency and memorability do not show a significant effect. The research instrumenthas been tested for validity and reliability, and declared suitable for analysis.this research lies in the application of PLS-SEM in evaluating the usability of digital public serviceapplications. these results can be used by application developers to improve aspects of ease of use andsystem stability. Future research is recommended to expand the number of respondents, examine additionalvariables such as trust and perceived value, and consider qualitative methods to explore user experience inmore depth
