水中的氨氨在一定条件下可以转化为亚硝酸盐,如果长期使用,水中的亚硝酸盐会与蛋白质结合形成亚硝胺,亚硝胺是一种强致癌物质,对人类健康不断构成潜在威胁。本数据可以对水质中氨氮含量的情况进行安全性评价,为政府监管、污水治理及居民生活提供参考和技术支撑。通过对各送检水内氨氮的检测,依据水质氨氮的测定纳氏试剂分光光度法HJ535-2009,取样采集到的水质体积V(mL),对照检测仪器上面的吸光度A-A0,通过校准曲线截距a,校准曲线斜率b,根据样品确认稀释倍数D,得出水质中氨氮的数值,公式如下:氨氮C(mg/L)=【(A-A0-a)/b*V】*D。 通过国家分类标准GB 3838-2002表得出最后的结论判断,III是三类水,含量≤1mg/L,IV是四类水,含量1-1.5mg/L,V是五类水,含量1.5-2mg/L,超过V的标准值(2mg/L)就是劣五类水则是不合格,影响居民生活及水中生物生存,需要相关监管部门监管并治理。
Under certain conditions, ammonia nitrogen in water can be converted into nitrite. If such water is used over a long period, the nitrite in the water will combine with proteins to form nitrosamine, a strong carcinogen that continuously poses a potential threat to human health.
This dataset can conduct safety assessments of ammonia nitrogen content in water quality, providing references and technical support for government supervision, sewage treatment, and residents' daily lives.
Through the detection of ammonia nitrogen in each submitted water sample, in accordance with the Nessler's reagent spectrophotometry for the determination of ammonia nitrogen in water quality (HJ535-2009), the ammonia nitrogen concentration in the water sample can be calculated using the collected water volume V (mL), the absorbance difference A-A0 measured by the testing instrument, the intercept a of the calibration curve, the slope b of the calibration curve, and the confirmed dilution factor D of the sample. The calculation formula is as follows: Ammonia nitrogen concentration C (mg/L) = [(A - A0 - a) / b * V] * D.
The final conclusion is determined based on the table in the National Classification Standard GB 3838-2002: Class III water corresponds to ammonia nitrogen concentration ≤ 1 mg/L; Class IV water corresponds to 1–1.5 mg/L; Class V water corresponds to 1.5–2 mg/L; water with concentration exceeding the standard value of Class V (2 mg/L) is classified as inferior Class V water, which is unqualified. Such water will affect residents' daily lives and the survival of aquatic organisms, requiring relevant regulatory departments to carry out supervision and treatment.
