Shapefiles of Rwenzori rockfall deposits, source areas, and sample locations (Margirier et al., 2026)

This dataset contains GIS shapefiles of rockfall source areas, rockfall deposits, and rockfall sample locations from the Rwenzori Mountains. The source area shapefiles were used for the morphometric analysis of rockfall source areas presented in Margirier et al. (2026). The rockfall deposit shapefiles represent mapped deposit locations, while the rockfall sample location shapefiles include sampling sites compiled for this study as well as samples from Jackson et al. (2020).
