LEAN PRODUCTION METHODS AND THEIR APPLICATION

This article highlights the importance of lean production methods in increasing the efficiency of production processes at industrial enterprises and addresses issues related to their practical implementation. The lean production approach is analyzed as a management mechanism aimed at identifying and systematically eliminating superfluous activities, resources, and time waste that do not add value to the product. The research reveals the formation stages of lean production methods, their adaptability to production processes, and their impact on quality indicators. Furthermore, it substantiates the potential for improving production stability, product quality, and management discipline through the application of these methods in sectors with complex technological processes, such as mechanical engineering.
