RNA-seq analysis of Pak choi leaf transcriptomes at different stages of aging

This study is a comparation of Pak choi leaves in non-senescent (NS), early-senescent (ES), and late-senescent (LS) transcriptomes, and the goal of this study is to reveal the key genes and pathways that regulate leaf aging in Pak choi.
